Where is the support for DB2?

What are you sopposed to do if the FIRST time you try to buy something from the DB2 shop & you can't buy anything?

When attempts to buy the "Gold pack" IT give you a msg that "you already purchased it" & attempts to buy anything else gives a msg to "try again later", EVERY TIME.

There is No way to contact NateMonsterLLC & nathandarst@gmail.com does reply to the emails sent to him.

MS support, MS Store support, MS Rewards support & Xbox support ALL point the finger at one of the others in continuous circles of denial to give support & eventually say you have to contact the game developer, which I have learned is impossible (so far).

Just WHO is responsible for giving support for problems in DB2 & what is the URL?

What game engine does dragon blade 2 use?since its db2 is never coming too android?,i want to make my own.

Which type plate armor for the Warrior, which type leather for the theif, etc.

My save file went corrupt/incompatible after i updated the game I was level 76 already, there's no warning or anything that would happen if I updated and it's totally making me mad and sad. Is it still recoverable?

Just bought guild hall but its empty. What's the hall for? Can I store items and if so how do I do it?

Once i open the game i get the logo screen with the dragon and then it just black screens. I've not long got windows 10 and I've tested a few other games and they work. Any help would be greatly apreciated, Thank you.

I am able to use water leaves and roots for potions. But none of these other items.

Are these items just taking up space or will they become usefull later on in the game?

How to save in the cloud? And upload?

in All towns they are chests behind closed doors. Where do I get the keys to open the doors?

Does anyone know where to find  the campfire NPC? I cant find it on wikki and ive been searching for a while now.
